Working
with Weathertop was a pleasure. The process from start to
finish was done in a completely professional manner. The
time in which they were completed was remarkable. The fact
that you installed these signs in the winter on an
absolutely miserable day showed your dedication to getting
the project completed.
We
are an unincorporated subdivision without any tax dollar
funding, so it was nice to be able to get a top quality job
done for a reasonable cost in an incredibly short period of
time. I would highly recommend any one to use your talented

I had the pleasant opportunity to work closely with Dick
Malacek, the head man at WeatherTop, on many signage
projects both with my previous firm, Davis & Associates,
Ltd., and my current position with Planning Resources Inc.
WeatherTop has developed custom entry signs for numerous
park sites in the past and most recently, the creation of 14
neighborhood identity signs for the Landscape Enhancement
Program for the Village of Elk Grove VIllage, Illinois. As
the Landscape Architect and Village's Agent for the project,
I communicated directly with Mr. Malacek regarding the final
design, color graphic, and general contractor coordination.
Dick
Malacek is a conscientious, highly skilled individual and
possesses a clear understanding of his craft and materials.
He relates well with people and has excellent time
management skills with respect to project deadlines.
From
an architect's perspective, working with a contractor with
good moral values is uncommon and almost unheard of.
